  1. Specification Review

    Every bag starts from an agreed specification

    Before production, the specification is reviewed together with the customer:

    • SWL
    • Size
    • Fabric
    • Top
    • Bottom
    • Lifting
    • Liner
    • Printing
  2. Material & Production Control

    Control along the production line

    • PP Woven Fabric

      Fabric weight and quality reviewed against the confirmed specification.

    • Cutting

      Panel dimensions verified against the bag design.

    • Sewing

      Sewing quality checked along seams and lifting areas.

    • Lifting Loops

      Loop placement and attachment inspected for the rated load.

    • Liner

      Liner material and installation checked when specified.

    • Printing

      Printing position and content verified when required.
