Classic Structure
This structure gives the bag a defined spout at both ends: a filling spout above for clean, connected loading, and a discharge spout below for controlled emptying. Material flows in through one spout and out through the other, which makes it the structure of choice for high-throughput bulk moved between silos, hoppers and process lines — automated systems where the bag is a link in a continuous flow.

The discharge spout unties to release the product in a controlled flow into the receiving point below, and re-ties to stop. Smooth, repeatable emptying into hoppers and conveyors.

Handling Advantages

Both spouts tie flat against the bag, so the structure transports and stores like a standard unit. Where very high stacking matters, a flat bottom stacks slightly squarer, but this structure handles normal palletised transport well.
