Classic Structure
This structure pairs the simple, unrestricted filling of an open top with a discharge spout sewn into the bottom. Material drops in quickly from above, and empties through the spout into a hopper, screw conveyor or receiving line below. It suits operations that fill fast but need a controlled, repeatable discharge — without the dust and effort of tipping.

A discharge spout is a tubular outlet in the bottom centre, closed by tying. Untying it releases the product in a controlled flow into the receiving point below, and tying it off again stops the flow. This gives repeatable, dust-controlled discharge without manual tipping.

Granular, powder and lump materials that need a controlled flow at discharge — mineral concentrates, aggregates, resins, sugar and other free-flowing bulk. Fine powders also benefit from the spout’s dust containment at discharge, though a tighter filling top is worth considering if dust is generated during filling too.
Handling Advantages
Fast, unrestricted top filling from any line — no filling-head connection needed. The open top keeps loading simple even at high throughput.
The bottom spout ties off for clean, metered discharge into hoppers, screw conveyors or process lines. Flow can be started and stopped by untying and re-tying, which suits repeated emptying and reduces residual material and dust.
The flat-ish base around the spout still stacks on a pallet, though the spout sits at the centre. Bags store and transport like standard flat-bottom units, with the discharge point protected during transit.
